- The bonus card is redeemable from January 1 to March 31, 2026, online (surmesur.com) and in Surmesur stores, and is applicable at the time of payment. The promotional code associated with the bonus card is valid on all Surmesur clothing and accessories.
- This code does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, alteration services, applicable taxes, or shipping and handling fees. The promotional code cannot be combined with any other offer, nor exchanged for cash or refunded.
